She Season is a sole trader business based in Estonia. Contact: business@mysheseason.com.

A one-off, personalized digital meal plan — either a 7-day or a 30-day plan — built from the answers you give in the questionnaire, plus any optional extras you add (such as a partner plan or an add-on pack). There is no subscription and nothing recurring: you pay once per plan.

• After a successful payment we start generating your plan automatically.
• Generation usually takes a few minutes. Longer plans take longer.
• You get an email with a private link to your plan. The same link stays available so you can revisit or print it.
• For a partner plan, your friend's plan is generated in the same order and sent to the email address you gave for them.
• Anyone with the private link can view that plan, so keep it to yourself.

Your plan is for your own personal use. Please don't resell it, republish it, or share it as your own product. You're very welcome to cook from it, print it, and show it to your doctor or dietitian.

She Season provides general nutrition and lifestyle guidance. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan. It does not replace care from your doctor, dietitian or pharmacist.

Talk to a healthcare professional before starting, especially if you:

• take medication, including HRT, thyroid or diabetes medication
• have a diagnosed medical condition, including kidney, liver, heart or digestive conditions
• are pregnant or breastfeeding
• have a history of an eating disorder or disordered eating

Calorie targets are calculated from the figures you provide, using standard estimation formulas, and never fall below a 1,200 kcal floor. They are estimates, not prescriptions. Always check ingredients yourself against your own allergies before cooking.

Your plan is written with the help of AI from the details you submit. We review the system carefully, but AI can make mistakes and the plan can contain errors or repeated ideas. If something in your plan looks wrong — especially anything that clashes with an allergy you told us about — email us and we'll fix or regenerate it.

• Give accurate answers — the plan is only as good as the information behind it.
• Use a working email address, since your plan is delivered by email.
• If you buy a partner plan, make sure your friend is happy for you to submit their details and receive a plan.

To the extent permitted by law, She Season is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds and the EU right of withdrawal are covered in our refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by Estonian law, without affecting the consumer protection you enjoy in your own country of residence. If we update these terms, the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
