Privacy Policy

She Season is operated as a sole trader based in Estonia. For data protection purposes the data controller is Mia Laureen Kilp, Estonia. You can reach us any time at business@mysheseason.com.

When you fill in the questionnaire and buy a plan, we collect:

• Your name and email address.
• Your country, so food suggestions and grocery budgets make sense where you live.
• Your age, height, weight, goal weight, timeframe and activity level.
• Your menopause stage and the symptoms you tell us about.
• Your food preferences, dislikes, allergies and intolerances, cooking time and routine.
• Your grocery budget, if you choose to share one.
• If you buy a Partner Plan: your friend's answers and their email address, which you provide on their behalf.
• Payment status and a payment reference from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
• The fact that you agreed to this policy, and the time you agreed.

• To generate your personalized meal plan and shopping list.
• To email you your order confirmation and your private plan link.
• To reply to you if you contact us about your order or ask for a refund.
• To keep basic records of orders as required for accounting and tax.

We do not use your answers to build advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

• Performance of a contract — to deliver the plan you bought.
• Your explicit consent — for the health-related answers (menopause stage, symptoms, weight, allergies). You give this with the tick box before you submit the questionnaire, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
• Legitimate interest — to keep the service working, prevent abuse and answer support requests.
• Legal obligation — to keep order and payment records.

We use a small number of service providers, and only for the purposes above:

• Our website hosting and database provider, which stores your submission and your plan.
• Stripe, which handles the payment. Stripe receives your payment details directly — we do not.
• An AI provider, which generates the text of your meal plan from your questionnaire answers.
• Our email provider, which delivers your confirmation and plan-ready emails.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider.

We keep your questionnaire answers and your generated plan for as long as your plan link stays useful to you, and no longer than 24 months after your purchase, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Order and payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.

If you are in the EU/EEA you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your data (we will do this unless we must keep an order record).
• Send your data to you in a portable format.
• Withdraw your consent for processing your health-related answers.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.

Email business@mysheseason.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handled your request, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

She Season has no logins or user accounts. Your plan is reached through a private link sent to your email. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking. See our cookie notice for the small number of cookies the site needs.

She Season is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and the date at the top.
