Refunds & Cancellations

Last updated 22 August 2026

Your plan is digital and is created for you the moment you pay. Here's exactly how refunds work — and when we'll happily give you one anyway.

The 14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery has started — and this is written into law.

When you place your order you agree that we begin creating and delivering your plan straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the plan has been delivered to you.

If you have paid but your plan has not been generated and delivered yet, you can still cancel for a full refund — just email us.

When we refund anyway

Statutory rights aside, we'd rather you were happy. Email us for a re-generation or a full refund if:

  • your plan never arrived, or the link doesn't work
  • generation failed or your plan is incomplete
  • your plan clearly ignores an allergy or intolerance you told us about
  • you were charged twice for the same order

We generally can't refund because you changed your mind after reading a delivered plan, or because you didn't get a particular result — the plan is guidance, not a guaranteed outcome.

How to ask

Email business@mysheseason.com from the address you ordered with, tell us what went wrong, and we'll reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

Partner plans and add-ons

A partner plan and any add-on packs are part of the same order. If only one part of the order failed, we can regenerate that part or refund it on its own.
